Setup & Onboarding
The maximum total cost is 3.75% + VAT per transaction - made up of a 2.5% platform fee and 1.25% payment processing. We manage the Stripe relationship directly, so you pay one simple fee to us - we take care of the rest.

When and how are fees paid?
We take a % split of every transaction that happens on your store - this happens automatically and eliminates the needs for invoicing and payment admin.
Do you charge for hosting or maintenance?
No. The only fees you pay are on each transaction.
Are there any fees for onboarding, training or support?
Nope - we're here for you as much as you need us. We have a comprehensive product guide with inbuilt AI support, however there's always one of the team available to help when needed.
Do I need to pay for website design?
No. We have a library of templates and theme options to get you started, but we're always here to help ensure your store really brings your personality to life. It's in our interest to help you make it look as good as possible!
I'd ideally like to update my branding at the same time.
No problem - we work closely with select partners that know our product and the local food market well. If you'd like to refresh your brand and make sure your newsletter and socials are updated to match your new website, we can help make that happen for an affordable cost.
How long does it take to onboard?
Our record from demo call to selling online is just 6 working days, however if you're an established business then we'd budget for 4-8 weeks, depending on how quickly you'd like to move.
How long do I need to commit for?
There is no minimum contract, you are free to leave (with all of your data) at any time. Now more than three years in, we're proud to say that with a 100% retention rate, that hasn't happened yet.
